Pepper Pot Centre’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic 

 

During this crisis you can help the Pepper Pot Centre by any of the following:

 

Providing Groceries – Rice, Pasta, tin foods, Bread, vegetables, provisions toiletries, cleaning materials, water, drink etc.

 

Providing ‘Dry Food’, namely food that our elderly members can just heat up.

 

Providing PPE, Uniforms, Gels etc.

 

Working on our behalf to negotiate support from companies or local outlets like: Tesco, Sainsbury, M&S, restaurant chains, petrol stations and any other options you may wish to consider.

 

Money donations which will help us to support our members by providing: Food, PPE, groceries, petrol for the minivan, bereavement, support, regular phone calls for member in ‘lockdown’  who need information, emotional support and practical strategies to help them cope during this crisis. Would like to Gift aid your donation

Gift Aid is a simple way to increase the value of your gift to Pepper Pot - at no extra cost to you. If you pay tax in the UK, Pepper Pot can reclaim the basic rate tax (25%) on your gift. So, if you donate £20, it is worth £25 to Pepper Pot. Imagine what a difference that could make and it doesn’t cost you anything.

The process is nice and simple - all you need to do is make a Gift Aid declaration.               (click fill and email to  us). The easiest way is when donating online, tick the Gift Aid box on the donation form. The Gift Aid

declaration commit me to nothing it just ensures that if you choose to donate to Pepper Pot,

we can claim an extra 25% back from the government
